Kriton – Minas Poulis was born in Athens, growing up with the smells and tastes of his Ikarian grandmother’s kitchen.

Her passion and love for cooking led him to work professionally in gastronomy.

He began his studies at “Le Cordon Bleu” school in Paris and then worked for 3 years around the world, at Michelin-starred 3-star restaurants such as L’Arpège and Lucas Carton in Paris, Alain Ducasse in New York, and Sketch in London.

In 2005 he met the award-winning Chef Pâtissier Pierre Hermé, later his mentor learning all the secrets of confectionery and haute patisserie.

Finally he supervised several international openings such as the Salon du Chocolat, a chocolate café in Seoul, Korea, in collaboration with the fashion house DIOR, the 5 star Hotel Ritz Carlton in Kyoto, Japan, and the 5 star Raffles Hotel Le Royal Monceau in Paris, France.

Bon Bon Fait Maison Athens

In August 2020 Bon Bon opens the first boutique in the center of Athens with all the creations of our Chef.

Our boutique Bon Bon Fait Maison in Mitropoleos, is the ideal spot where to make an early stop in the morning to get a coffee, freshly baked cookies, croissants with handmade raspberry jam, with honey and tahini or praline, as well as muffins – classic or vegan.

Freshly baked cakes and delicious ice creams, ready or made to order, complete the daily take away offer of our products with a wide range of organic, lactose or gluten free, and vegan desserts.

Bon Bon Fait Maison Piraeus

In March 2019, the restoration works of an old warehouse of 1900, in the port of Piraeus, are completed.

A state-of-the-art laboratory – Atelier – is created to research and produce ice cream and sweets, which will supply all the company’s stores and will welcome those who want to visit it.

Bon Bon Fait Maison Mykonos

In July 2018 opens Bon Bon Fait Maison in Mykonos Town.

Bon Bon Fait Maison Kythira

At the beginning of summer 2017 opens the first Bon Bon Fait Maison store in a traditional house of 1860 in Chora of Kythera, making crepes and handmade ice creams.

In June 2018 a second store follows, a cafe patisserie, in the heart of the Chora in Kythira serving breakfasts, salads, sweets, ice creams & pancakes from buckwheat flour, in line with the Greek tradition of all day coffee places

The whole philosophy and success of the company Bon Bon Fait Maison is based on the combination of the highest quality, greek origin, raw ingredients, with French technique.

Curiosity, quality, a modern fresh attitude towards patisserie and an eye of tradition allow Bon Bon Fait Maison to successfully continue its journey.
