In Piraeus, where our laboratory is located. It is fully equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, structured to the highest standards quality, and staffed with extremely talented chefs and pastry chefs. In our spaces, in addition to vegan proposals, you will find creations that constantly are renewed to meet all needs and requirements, but always with guided by a particularly delicious result that does not negotiate the excellent quality and knows how to respect the health of the consumer.

OUR INGREDIENTS SELECTION
VANILLA BEAN FROM MADAGASCAR
Madagascar is the largest worldwide producer of vanilla (85%). Its production is concentrated in the SAVA region (Sambava, Antalaha, Vohémar, Andapa) in the northeast of the island. We use two types of vanilla Bourbon Madagascar and we are the exclusive importers in Greece. The vanilla that we use is oversaturated for more than 2 years and tha flavour is 3 times more intense than a normal vanilla bean.


HIGH QUALITY VALRHONA CHOCOLATES
For professional pastry chefs and chocolate the selection criteria of one raw material is the taste but also the origin and technical characteristics. Valrhona suggests four groups of varieties as well also cocoa masses and chocolate bars, thus allowing professionals to
find the products that best suit their needs by highlighting talent and their specialisation.
