TIMELINE

SUMMER 2017
The first Bon Bon Fait Maison store opens in a traditional house of 1860 in the town of Kythera, making crepes and handmade ice creams. The whole philosophy and success of Bon Bon Fait Maison is based on marriage of excellent quality raw material-Greek origin, with French technique.
JUNE 2018
June 2018 The second "all day" store opens in the town of Kythera serving breakfasts, salads, pastries, ice creams & buckwheat pancakes.
JULY 2018
Bon Bon Fait Maison opens in Mykonos Town.
MARCH 2019
The work of restoring an old warehouse of 1900 is completed near the port of Piraeus. A state-of-the-art laboratory-Atelier-research and production of ice cream and sweets facility is cerated in order to supply the company's stores, but also welcome those who want to visit it.
AUGUST 2020
Bon Bon opens the first boutique in the center of Athens with all the creations of our Chef. Our boutique Bon Bon Fait Maison in Mitropoleos, is the ideal spot where to make an early stop in the morning to get a coffee, freshly baked cookies, croissants with handmade raspberry jam, with honey and tahini or praline, as well as muffins – classic or vegan.Freshly baked cakes and delicious ice creams, ready or made to order, complete the daily take away offer of our products with a wide range of organic, lactose or gluten free, and vegan desserts.

OUR INGREDIENTS SELECTION

VANILLA BEAN FROM MADAGASCAR

Madagascar is the largest worldwide producer of vanilla (85%). Its production is concentrated in the SAVA region (Sambava, Antalaha, Vohémar, Andapa) in the northeast of the island. We use two types of vanilla Bourbon Madagascar and we are the exclusive importers in Greece. The vanilla that we use is oversaturated for more than 2 years and tha flavour is 3 times more intense than a normal vanilla bean.

HIGH QUALITY VALRHONA CHOCOLATES

For professional pastry chefs and chocolate the selection criteria of one raw material is the taste but also the origin and technical characteristics. Valrhona suggests four groups of varieties as well also cocoa masses and chocolate bars, thus allowing professionals to
find the products that best suit their needs by highlighting talent and their specialisation.
