The Chef
KRITON MINAS POULIS
Kriton – Minas Poulis was born in Athens, growing up with the smells and tastes of his Ikarian grandmother’s kitchen.
His passion and love for cooking led him to work professionally in gastronomy.


In 2005 he met the award-winning Chef Pâtissier Pierre Hermé, later his mentor learning all the secrets of confectionery and haute patisserie.
Finally he supervised several international openings such as the Salon du Chocolat, a chocolate café in Seoul, Korea, in collaboration with the fashion house DIOR, the 5 star Hotel Ritz Carlton in Kyoto, Japan, and the 5 star Raffles Hotel Le Royal Monceau in Paris, France.


He began his studies at “Le Cordon Bleu” school in Paris and then worked for 3 years around the world, at Michelin-starred 3-star restaurants such as L’Arpège and Lucas Carton in Paris, Alain Ducasse in New York, and Sketch in London.
